wakeup is a small London-based consultancy led by Jeremy Ashworth and Richard Harris.
Jeremy Ashworth is a founder and Senior Partner of wakeup. Jeremy has rich experience and expertise in developing teams & leaders over 12 years with a huge variety of clients. His historical background is in marketing and brand management for a FTSE 100 company. A keen pianist and runner, though not at the same time, Jeremy likes to spend his spare time with his two young children and wife Marion, and his other family, the rock band for which he sings.
Richard Harris is a Senior Partner of wakeup. Richard has been developing leaders and teams for many years. Prior to joining wakeup, a strong grounding in business culminated with him becoming UK Operations Director of a well-known public company in the leisure sector by the age of 30. A keen sportsman his passions in life are his two young boys and Nottingham Forest, although he doesn't know which is more hard work. Richard also leads wakeup's development work with under privileged kids in the inner cities.
Jim Zarvos is a partner of wakeup. Jim specialises in leadership development, and brings to his clients the insight of over 20 years experience in this field. Good things come in two's, as Jim's spare time is taken up raising two sets of twins with his wife Nora. With absolutely no spare time for anything else at this stage of life, he aspires to be a celebrity chef.
Mark Waterman is a partner of wakeup. Mark joined the business 4 years ago after building a very successful career in the public sector. Mark specialises in developing and coaching teams to High Performance and is an expert in developing culture change programmes with organisations. A keen traveller to far flung shores, when he gets the chance, he is also a outdoor pursuits nut, spending far too long up deserted mountains for his own good.
wakeup currently has a dedicated team of four long standing associates who have a vast array of experience coaching and developing teams, leaders and cultures.
